determination of concrete foundation depth and width

Tank of capacity 15600 liters is to be eracted 9 meter above the ground and holding molasses. structure is to be with 203x203 H- BEAM stands and 305x165 I-BEAM horizontal use. how deep and wide should the concrete foundation be to hold this weight? and what reinforcement bars should be used in concrete?
