Do you have home exercise equipment? Do you really use it? What do you have and do you like it? I know so many people that buy fancy equipment and never end up using it. Or, they use it for a few weeks and then never again.

My husband got me an elliptical machine about 6 months ago and I really like it. It is hard to use it every day though, I go at it in spurts, I will do really good for a few weeks than I stop. I also have one of those bog balls that you can do different things with, I used it once and didn't like it at all so now it is in my closet, but I can't bring myself to get rid of it because I might want to use it again one day =) way silly I know!! I love my elliptical though, it is my favorite way to exercise.

My son has a running machine in his bedroom that he uses every day. Does the wiifit plus count as home excercise equipment? Hope so as I go on the wiifit plus and work out nearly every day to keep it. I would tell anyone ot get a wii and work out on it as it is the best thing out

In my house, we have 2 stationary bicycles and a treadmill. We got one bike and it was fine, but my mother exchanged it for a bike where the arms move with it. But it is very inconvenient to use because you can't control the resistance, so a year later, I bought the 2nd bike. The first one is rarely used by my mother but I use the 2nd one more. Currently, I'm on a self-made exercise routine where I ride the bike for about 30 minutes a day, 6 times a week, but I don't keep up with it as often as I should. Meanwhile, it is my sister who used the treadmill. Or she does every so often. A couple of months ago, she used to run about every day on it, but she slacked off. My mother also occasionally walks on the treadmill for a few minutes. I'd like to get an elliptical machine and a rower.

I don’t have home exercise equipment but my brother used to work out on a exercise equipment. He used the equipment only for few days and after that he didn’t use it. He said that it didn’t give him expected results. Most of the people don’t look in to the specifications and performance of a exercise equipment before buying them. There are a number of resources available to check out the information about these equipments. The exercise equipment reviews provide all the information an individual need to know about a exercise equipment. These reviews clearly explain the function, specification and uses of the product. If you want to read reviews about latest exercise equipments visit
Exercise equipment reviews are one of the most important tools available to you to make sure that you will be buying a product that will help you to tone or build your muscles, lose weight, and get healthy, with the lowest risk of injury.A very quick query

I have a yoga mat that I use for any indoor workouts - yoga, pilates, areobics. I also have an indoor bike trainer. You hook a real bike up to it, so you can ride indoors when the weather is bad. i DO use that all winter, and on rainy days. I prefer to train on my real bike, because usually training bikes that you buy are not set up right, and your posture is different than a real road bike. So I love my indoor trainer. Other than that, I have a boxing bag that I still use on occasion, and some hand weights. I don't need any fancy weight lifting equipment...you're right, a universal machine or bowflex or treadmill would probably just get dusty.
