Why haven't we seen wanted posters for Sam and Dean, yet?

Yet again for clarfication, I am talking about the show..Supernatural. I mean, they're wanted for several pretty serious crimes..they've the FBI after them. I'm pretty sure the government has a file on their family. Why hasn't there been wanted posters? Notices to civilians that they're armed and dangerous, post a reward or something..to make their lives more of a hell than it tends to be? Heh. I'm just wondering, it struck me as odd. Do any of you know? Any theories? Thanks in advance.

I love the show too! My stupid theory is, the FBI do not want the where about of Dean and Sam to become national news soon. FBI believe Sam and Dean had linked with Al-Qaeda and have WMD with them. The problem now, they dont have a single proof. White House is now workng on fabricating the evidences. Stay tuned...:)

I think... the reason there are no wanted posters of Sam and Dean... is because if Sam and Dean were captured, then there would be no more show ^^; The truth is, if the laws in Supernatual worked the way they do in the real world, Sam and Dean probably would have been arrested and convicted a long time ago. Hehe, well that is my theory, anyway~

Lol aw..it'd suck so much if that's true. I love the hidden meanings and mysteries..makes the show interesting. Besides, they've gotten so much right before this point anyway..sticking to alot of facts where the creatures are concerned. I mean, actually researching the monsters before putting them on tv. You don't really see enough of that on tv these days.

I have no idea where to view a wanted poster. I don't think most people do anymore. I used to see some at the post office, but only for mail fraud. So, why would there be any around for us common folk to see?

I still see them 'round here. Some cities still do them, others will do regular ol' written notices in store windows and boards where you tack pieces of paper to. Also ther police website'd have a notice on them, PLUS they should've been all over the news. Some places, like bars have tvs and stuff..newspapers? If the FBI/Government really wanted them so bad, they would be in all of those things. They've THREE counts of murder on them, grave robbing, fraud, identity theft..the media'd be having a field day with them.

Hi xParanoiax! I agree with you, it is odd, however, I can also theorize that there are people of the law that just try to turn a blind eye on them, if you would recall episode 'The Benders' where the lady cop let them go, when the brothers was able to solve a case on her missing brother. Heck, they are doing good deeds! I think the writers of the series already got this covered. Hopefully they already include this in the coming episodes. Also, Sam sometimes check the FBI site if they are already in 'it' right? I recall he saw Dean in it in one episode. Cheers!

It is possible only that certain agent is really fantically after them -- but with three counts of murder on their record? Unproven but suspected? I don't think it'd be really probable for the no one else to care or hear about it..if only a LITTLE bit. I hope we'll get to see the answer one of these days.

Too bad the show is not updated with the latest season of Supernatural here in the Philippines. However, since you made it sound more interesting, Im going to try to look for sites that play the episodes over the internet. Thank you for the information xParanoiax.

I wondered that also it's like they want us to think that they are wanted by the law to make it more interesting but then they go chasing ghost or a creature and you hardly see the law on there anymore I saw them last night on the show but not for a while.
