Referral earnings and commission. Do we still get it?

I have some referrals. Usually they are inactive. However on some days I have earned over 30 cents but usually it is zero.
I have never earned referral commissions on a day that I did not post. Do we have to post in order to earn referral pay?
Does anyone know if we receive earnings for referrals when we are not active? Have you earned from referrals on a day you were inactive?

We do make something when we give a referral, and they join mylot.the only way we make money off of our referral is if they are an active member.I have only 2 referrals and both of them joined mylot and i got paid for those two referrals...but my referrals have not been active so until they are we will not make anymore money off of our referrals unless they are active members...If your referrals become active ,then you will make 25% of whatever their earnings are...

By reading the figure below mylot earnings you may know how much you get from your referrals. But mine is always 0. If you have referrals and they are active, then the figure should not be zero.

So do we have to be active to earn a referral commission?

I'm still trying to get a referral. Also, still trying to get ten dollars.

I've read everything when I 1st joined but don't remember if it said you have to be active to get referral commissions. But I have never earned a referral commission on a day that I did not earn from posting.
It could be a coincidence.

I don't have any referrals, so I am just making a guess on this one. In order to be considered inactive you usually have to go 30 without logging in, 3 or 4 days or even a week won't make you inactive. As far as collecting commissions on referals it may be a once a week thing or something like that and you may only get paid once you log in again after an absence. I am not at all sure about this, but it might be the way it works.
