cicc: exposed!

CICC, home of the ASEAN Summit was constructed and only completed last January 2007. It was supposed to be used on December of 2006 where the original date of the ASEAN Summit was to take place. For reasons (B.S.) such as terrorists and typhoons it was rescheduled. Now barely 4 months later scandals left and right have erupted. I recently went to see the CICC dueing a food expo held last week. You can truly see the dire state the CICC is in right now. The ceilings were incomplete. Comfort room cubicle have no locks. There's no water from the faucet if ever there was it was just a trickle. SAD! :( When it was supposedly Cebu's newest and grandest convention center. And now the it is being investigated for beng overbudget. TRULY VERY SAD! :(
