Have you ever got entangled with courts with respect to litigations? If yes, how did you overcome the problem?

Legal remedy is very slow and time consuming in India and there is a saying that if you want to trouble someone, put a case against that person. Fortunately I never got entangled with legal battles with any one. I am cautious and avoid it.

i never entangled but my whole family my father,brothers are in that service,like p.c.s,lawyer and high court ,i am lot familiar there is no expected end when they will finish ,no limit of money and all at least in asia my huband got entangled before marriage once,nothing happened,my family now watch all that but after so many years it is on the same place

The point which I was trying to drive home is how time-consuming and money consuming the litigations are! Just to know how fast the litigations are solved.
