I think you should pick up a book,listen to the music or watch tv to let you pass the time. Drink a glass of milk, and soon you'l be snoring your way to a good night's sleep.

i have an insomia too!!
i always prefer to drink a glass of milk at night..
and i never stop working all day so that my body will be tired and wants to go to sleep!
i dont like to take some alternative medicine like sleeping pills!!
its addictive and sometimes not good in our health!
