Do you believe in ASTRAL OR SOUL travel and have you ever done it?

I think last night I was so tired and drained and missing my Beloved that I traveled to him three times. When He wakes up this morning I will ask him if he saw me or not. I traveled via soul once when I was sleeping then when I came back I did it twice again and remember telling him, just sit with me a bit because I can't produce that much ectoplasm for too long. What a romantic thing to say to him while I was there lol. Do you believe in astral travel? What are your expreriences if you have done?

i have done this from being a very small child. If a place is important to me, or im going to move house, i have always travelled there in spirit form. As i have matured i have become cloise to people or someone i am close to who is having trouble, i have often travelled to them in spirit form too. I never thought much of it until friends started asking me if i had called in to see them. At first, i didnt say, but as i get older i realise its normal for me. I never say before hand, but i do go see people quite a bit when this connection is established

I don't do it often, it usually happens when I am mentally and physically exhausted for some reason. As if my soul travels to get some strength, and going to my Hubby seems the right place lol. Thanks for sharing this with us. You can drop in on me any time, I can do with a friend!

I think it is possible, i'm not just sure 'cause i never experience such. But i have read different artivles regarding astral travel, from what i've read, the travel requires a lot of concentration and the body of the person doing it lying in a comfortable position. that's all i know.

It kinda just happens. I think being soul mates helps. I felt very close to my hubby last night. We both really needed it each other's support.

As per me only advanced yogis can do astral travelling. I know a great sage by name Shri Yukteshwargiri, who has done astral travelling.

Could you please define it for me? Is it a sense of feeling like you really traveled or simply like a dream where you felt connected to the other person? For me, the latter has occurred many times and then I will suddenly see that person the next day. I also have dreams of flying.
