Im def. going with Basinger.
I mean, Baldwin called up his daughter and left that message on his own free will. It's not like the divorce is the daughter's fault-she is probably confused and depressed. The last thing she needs is for her father to take it out on her and be emotionally abusive.

For me to pick a side I would need more information on both sides. I am leaning more on the side of Basinger because from what I've seen in general of Baldwin, he is too hot headed and burnt out.
