do we need to correct our boss!!

this happens often. sometimes i knew in some conferences that wat my boss says is ultimately wrong and not make any sense. still we r forced to hear taht sometimes. wat u people think do we need to correct our boss with our logic or should keep silence

Yes, I do think you should try to correct your boss if he is wrong. However you have to make sure you have the right data/proof to back your position. And try to to talk to your boos in the most diplomatic way.

correct him in private dont make him angry in public.u keep hearing in public but correct him when he is alone..i think this will be helpful but some bosses r desperate killers dont correct him

I prefer to be my own boss...I usually tell opinion too frankly and this creates a bad image. The bosses dislike to be corected:(

if what he say or do is wrong then i think some should have to correct him, say what in you mind and explain it, hope he would considered his wrong

If it is necessary that ur boss needs to be corrected well go on and tell him. Tell the truth or else u have except the false. Then dont be sorry that i should have corrected him or whatever
