do you shop for modern or conservative clothes?

i love shopping! for any kind of stuffs as long as i shop, i am happy. however, i come into a crisis when i have to decide what clothes should i buy. whether i should buy conservative clothes (polo shirts, polos, slacks, stilletos, loafers, etc) or modern clothes (tube tops, spaghetti strapped dresses, mini skirts, skinny jeans, etc). what do you think is better to buy? and why so?

It's really a dilemma when shopping for clothes. But to guide you, you have to consider what occasions would you wear the clothes--office, beach, or just strolling in malls, parties, concerts. . in other words, you have to consider whether you need something formal such as a business suit, or just the informal ones to wear to a friend's b-day party, or to go on a date with your bf or friends. That should be an ideal guide for you before deciding which ones to pick in your shopping sprees.
