Do you think Tom Welling is too old for the role of Clark Kent?

I don't think that he's too old for the role. I think that it even became more believable that he is what he's supposed age is in the recent season because he's supposed to be about 20 yrs old now in season 6, right? Even though he's almost 30 or something, he still has the physical features of a twenty-something. :) but in the first season, seriously, I never believed that he is a freshman in high school. all of them looked really old. if they told me that they're college freshmen, I would've believed them. But right now, I think all of them are doing pretty well portraying their age so it's all good. :)

He is so youthful looking, so I think he can pull it off. Plus, on top of that, he is just sooo hot! I think I could stare at him forever. Whoever put him in that role made an excellent casting choice!

No I don't think so. They all do a great job on their part and look like the age they are supposed to show. But I have heard quite a few people say that Clark doesn't look the age he is supposed to act in the show, I guess some people see him in a different way than others.

I think they got the right guy for the job...he can look very hot and manley...and he can look like a boy scout..lol his acting is great and he really knows how to capture an audience..not sure anyone else can pull the series off as he has..its be quit a success

Here's what I found out. He turned 30 on April 26th, has been married since 2002, and is as hot as ever. LOL. He has boyish good looks, so he is just fine to play Clark Kent :)
