Sweet-heart you half to use more words when in a discussion, I am just trying to help you. read the guidelines. and rate everyone. try to type about 5 or more lines when replying and asnwering topics, you will see a difference in pay.

You are very kind.I'm a new user too.Everytime I use a few words to reply the discussion and don't know how to start a new discussion.I find it is a good website to improve my wrriten English,there are so much information and so many different topics from different peple of different country.It's a good chance to know the different culture and the life of normal people and so on.

If you continue this way you'll not earn and if not that you are a new user and that mylot suggest its user to respond to new uses discussions nobody will respond to those kind of discussion.You'd better start by reading and understanding the FAQ and the About section at the bottom of this page.

Hi a warm welcome to mylot.I have seen that you want to improve your english.This is best site for this.You can make many friends and communicate with them.In this way you can learn and improve your english.On the other hand if your discussion is descriptive there is more chance to attarct more members to your discussion.Try to be as descriptive as possible.Mylot is also a place where you can earn.Your discussions will have impact on your earnings.Post some quality discussions,upload pictures that are relevant to the discussion.participate in other members discussion.

Well, that's a good topic. Though it's kind of short and not specific. Anyway, let me share you my opinion.
People have different priorities in getting jobs. Some put their emphasis on making more money, others want job security, promotion opportunities, work they are comfortable with. As for me, I want my own business. After I quit my first job I never thought about working for anyone again. When I work for someone else and can't sell mt ideas to the boss, that disappoints me. And often employees become the scapegoat for marketing failures. I love to work alone with my ideas and plans, knowing whether my business succeeds or not is up to me.
