is agloco a con site?

Many people have been thriving on agloco's expected down load tool bar.agloco keeps post poning the dates indefinitely.I tried to contact agloco by sending a reply message .so far no response from them. mean while another company fom bombay named Paying2surf .com is making money on the anticipated tool bar of agloco by selling it to customers without naming it in the advertisement.How long do you think this fraud will go on?

i am a member too but dont really know what to do..there r a lot of ppl member to tht site. they said we have to download their toolbar but nothing much is heard from theri side either...i think its a waste of time there!
