For me and I don't have any doubts, the best coach in the word is JOSE MOURINHO... And you...what you think?

Get real man! By what indices do you make such a claim? Even in the EPL alone there are more challengers to the title than the "Special One". Allardyce, Benitez, Fergusson, Wenger. Outside the EPL, Ancelotti, Lippi, Rijkard.

Premiership - 8 FA - 5 League Cup - 2 Charity - 5 EPL, EFA, UEFA CL, Inter-Continental Cup - all in one year! In his first six years, he won 10 trophies (1978-84) By the way, almost anyone can do very well with the crop of players in Chelsea. As for the FA, wait and see!

In my personal opnion I would have to say this, A good coach teaches good sportsmanship. A good coach will respect all of his/her players and teach them how to respect each other. A good coach will take extra time with those who need it. A good coach will find the best in each player. A good coach will teach his players how to be a team. A good coach will have patience. A good coach will remember it’s a game whether they win or lose.

Béla Károlyi is my favourite. He was born September 13, 1942 in Cluj, Romania, and is a world-renowned Romanian gymnastics coach of Hungarian ethnicity. He posseses Romanian and American citizenship. Together with his wife, Marta, (sometimes called Martha), Károlyi has coached both the United States and Romanian Olympic teams to medal success. There have been a numveer of documenaries and fictionalized dramas about how he trained the gold medal winning NAdia Comaneci. He immigrated to Houston, where he went on to train many other medalists in his gymnastics club. "Nadia's coach" quickly attracted gymnasts to his club. Some of these included all-around champion Mary Lou Retton and uneven bars gold medalist Julianne McNamara. By the time of the 1988 Olympics, he was made head coach of the women's team. Károlyi was also the personal coach of three athletes on the squad: balance beam bronze medalist Phoebe Mills, the only female US gymnast to medal in Seoul; Chelle Stack and Brandy Johnson. I think he was pretty incredible, but must be a real slave driver.
