How do you help someone who doesn't want to be helped?

I'm really bothered with this. My cousin has been driving us crazy for a couple of months now. She was sent by her parents in my country to study but she's not doing her best so they decided to get her and to have her back with them there in another country. My aunt will be flying with her this Tuesday but before that day, plenty of things already happened. My cousin ran away 2 times now and we couldn't contact her in any way possible. She then returned to my uncle's home and everyone talked to her but she didn't want to answer anybody. We don't know what to do with her anymore. She will be leaving this Tuesday but we don't know how to restrain her. If we don't do anything she might run away again. I was angry so I told my mom to just tie her up or maybe buy something that will make her fall asleep. To tell you the truth, she's really becoming a pain in the a$$ now. Can you help me? ^^ Any suggestions, comments or violent reactions please...
