my friend asks me to go to a luxurious restaurant ,but i can't afford it?so...

tomorrow is Saturday,and one of my friends asks me to have dinner with him.to have dinner is really no problem and i am really pleased to.but the problem is that he wants to try a brand-new opened luxurious restaurant.that really bothered me,because ,u know,i usually feel the draught at the end of a month, i can't break the balance and overdraft the next month's expenditure.but i don't think it is good to refuse my friend either.so i am really in a dilemma.i really wish there are more cash left in my purse,lol.dear friends,i need your advice.

If this is a true friend he will understand your dilemma. Tell him you are on a strict budget and right now you cannot afford to try this new exiting but expensive restaurant. You could also say you will save up a little extra so in a few weeks you can enjoy this outing. I think your friend will appreciate your honesty.

Tell your friend that you just can not afford it and suggest another place to go. Tell them the next time you get paid that you will go to the fancy place.

I would just tell him that you really can't afford it and suggest going elsewhere. He should understnad.
