Have you been to a yard sale today?

Has anyone else been yard saling today? My kids and I went and I am now broke. HAHA!! Actually, we came across a really good sale and very cheap prices. My daughter bought a computer sysytem for $15 with rinter thrown in for free! It works great as I brought it home and tried it out to be sure it was a good deal.
We also got my younger one some baby Bratz dolls with accessories for 25 cents. We also got some clothes for 25 cents each and a wallet for my daughter. I love sales like this !!!

I am going Saturday to a church rummage sale and will be filling bags for one dollar each. Books, clothings, kitchen things etc. Will be fortunate also if they have a bake sale. We are starting over since our housefire and lost everything. Am glad for friends to help us through this.

I hope you got a lot of new items. So sorry to hear that your home was lost. Hopefully no one was hurt and that is a blessing in itself.

I was hurt with a few burns and fell trying to leave the burning building. I am fresh off the cane I have had to use and the burns are healed now. My cat was also burned and he is almost fully recovered the dear soul. Everyone else was fine. We are almost broke at this time since we are now paying a rental and now our vehicles are being fixes. I hope it does not come down to cars or rent next month. Thanks for responding to me.

We don't have much yard sales here. My daughter went last week and bought a baby high chair for 15.00 it looks new she is having her first baby in October so she tries to save some money. Wow your daughter got the computer sysytem thats a good deal there glad it works. I used to go all the time but here lately things are changing areound here I think it has something to do with the laws.

Sorry to hear that you don't get to go to many sales. I love to go. I am going to the flea market Sunday too. I was shocked that she got the computer for that too. It is almost brand new. The only thing she needed was a mouse and she had one with her old computer which just quit working.

Yard sales? Garage sales? Estate sales? I guess they are all about the same thing. My wife and I like to go and see what we can find. If we find something either of us wants we will buy it.

I agree with you! I like auctions too and estate sales. I have gotten some really good deals at these kind of sales.
