Chilli as anti-cancer?

Can chili prevent cancer? I read a research on this and they found out that chili does prevent cancer.

I don't know if it is true, but I also have heard that green tea also prevents as aioli and gree tea. I think that it can be true, but I don't know for right if this true or not.. may be.. may be not... but it doesn't hurt.. so why not eat and drink them. :)
