I went to Miami to see some friends of mine about 3 weeks ago. While I was there, they made me some cuban pork, which was delicious. Now that I'm home, I'm trying to cook more latin food. For some reason, I just can't make it the same. It's still good, but just not quite there. I'm looking for tips, recipes, etc. to help me with this. I like argentinian cuisine the most.
