I've learnt just to let go and don't think about it. The best way is just to ignore things which is not within your circle of influence. It's not worth your health.

i go and have a bath to chill out... with candles and my fav.. music playing.....
and make sure there is plenty of bubble bath in the water.....

For me - I normally take a hot shower, but I sit at the bottom as if I am taking a bath and let the shower hit me like rain drops. I normally light some candles and turn off the lights as well. It makes it impossible to stress out when everything is calm around you. I love it, and my husband normally knows when I am in need of one and leaves me alone and makes sure the kids dont bother me while I am in the bathroom.
