can you sleep with lights and Tv on?

Yes.i sleep lights and Tv on? People do it because they learnet it when they are young their parent put on light becose of security and confort.but for me i like to put on lights & Tv becose of lihgt gives me a wonderful or dip sleep.

some days I can sleep with both light and Tv on if tired. other days ihave switch off the light.
