How to get extra referrals?

I can't seem to get get any referrals, I've got a blog, and advertised my links but I cant get a decent number of people singing up from me. Are there anyways of getting more referrals? My blog is: http://musingofme.blogspot.com/ please sign up with me, I need it haha.

I make referal with luck, sometimes i'd post my referal link on forums so if someone feels interet with the program, then he/she sign up with me. And i feel traffic exchange quite wasting time if you're not purchasing credit or having referals to let it run in autopilot.
