1. Which country or countries are you a citizen of? How did you attain that citizenship (birth, naturalization, inheritance) US and I was born here 2. For which countries do you have a passport? Have you ever had trouble getting a passport? I don't have a passport...yet! I hope to one day! 3. Have you ever needed to apply for special permission (i.e., visas or other clearances) to enter another country? If yes, tell us a bit about it. No, what kind of special situations are there? If I buy something, do I need special permission to bring it home? 4. Have you ever had trouble entering a country (couldn't get a visa, turned back at the border, etc.)? If yes, tell us a bit about it. Never been to another country. So...no. 5. Have you ever had trouble leaving a country (lost your passport with your entry stamp, not accepted back by your country of residence, etc.)? If yes, tell us a bit about it. Only trouble I have leaving a country is due to lack of funds. One day I hope to tour some special locations! :)

These questions were a whole bunch of...No, I have never been, hope to. :) That is okay though! I hope to get a passport someday to another country to travel around the world. And, not just the United States. Even though I like it here, and haven't been to all the states...I would like to visit other places!! :)

1. Which country or countries are you a citizen of? How did you attain that citizenship? (birth, naturalization, inheritance) The United States! I was born here. :) 2. For which countries do you have a passport? Have you ever had trouble getting a passport? I don't have a passport. I hope that sometime in the future, I will though. Because I have some places on my life list that I want to visit! 3. Have you ever needed to apply for special permission (i.e., visas or other clearances) to enter another country? If yes, tell us a bit about it. Nope, never been to another country! 4. Have you ever had trouble entering a country (couldn't get a visa, turned back at the border, etc.)? If yes, tell us a bit about it. No, never been to another country. That might be funny though. Not for that person at the time of when it happened...it would be one of those things that you laugh at when you are older! 5. Have you ever had trouble leaving a country (lost your passport with your entry stamp, not accepted back by your country of residence, etc.)? If yes, tell us a bit about it. I didn't know that you could be NOT accepted back to your country of residence. Why not? Did you do something wrong? Well, like the other ones...sorry...I have not left this country! :( I seriously do hope to someday! :D

1. Born in the USA 2. USA 3. Yes, Thailand required special approval since I was on official business. 4. Saudi Arabia and Turkey were difficult to enter and I was detained and questioned thoroghly since my last names sound Jewish to them. I also had a hard time entering Guam once (US territory). She asked for my passport, and noticed I didn't have a visa to enter (an American passport)...LOL, I'm an American. 10 min later and talking to a supervisor, I was allowed to go, but after proving I was living there. Now, how often do you carry something that verifies where you live? 5. Never had trouble leaving a country for passport issues. Custom issues in Turkey were terrible...but not related.

1. New Zealand, because I was born there and Samoa (because my mother is a citizen) 2. New Zealand and was eligible to apply for a Samoan one but never got around to doing it 3. Yes, for USA, applied for immigrant visa and have been granted permanent residence. My hubby is a USA citizen and because of some restrictions, my son wasn't able to apply for a passport, so we both had to apply for an immigrant visa to enable us to get permanent residence. Long process, lots of $$ spent but worth it in the end. We now reside in the USA because of husband's job. 4. Nope, no trouble at all. 5. Nope, not yet LOL

For which countries do you have a passport? Have you ever had trouble getting a passport? My passport is out of date, so technically none... 3. Have you ever needed to apply for special permission (i.e., visas or other clearances) to enter another country? If yes, tell us a bit about it. i'm sure we had to have a holidaying type visa to visit the USA, but i don't know the details of it as my parents dealt with it. 4. Have you ever had trouble entering a country (couldn't get a visa, turned back at the border, etc.)? If yes, tell us a bit about it. Nope. 5. Have you ever had trouble leaving a country (lost your passport with your entry stamp, not accepted back by your country of residence, etc.)? If yes, tell us a bit about it. Nope.

Passport - Something I really need when I plan to go out of the country..
1. Which country or countries are you a citizen of? How did you attain that citizenship (birth, naturalization, inheritance) = It would be here in the Philippines..=) I'm a natural born Filipino but my blood have a mixed of Chinese.. 2. For which countries do you have a passport? Have you ever had trouble getting a passport? = Filipino Passport, the usual since I'm born here. And I didn't encounter any difficulties of attaining my passport. in fact, I just recently renewed it. 3. Have you ever needed to apply for special permission (i.e., visas or other clearances) to enter another country? If yes, tell us a bit about it. = For now, my answer would be no. But probably in the future I might need it because we're planning to work abroad so that would definitely be needed. 4. Have you ever had trouble entering a country (couldn't get a visa, turned back at the border, etc.)? If yes, tell us a bit about it. = No, but I the only place I went to outside the Philippines is Hong Kong. We went there just to spend some summer time for vacation. 5. Have you ever had trouble leaving a country (lost your passport with your entry stamp, not accepted back by your country of residence, etc.)? If yes, tell us a bit about it. = Never also, when we went to Hong Kong I'm not the one who carried my passport because at that time I'm still a kid so they're quite afraid I might lose it.
