Ok so I'm 19 now and my dad thinks that all guys should have a bilfold and I didn't want one, so he went out and bought one for me and is demanding me to use it because guys use bilfolds and girls use purses. But I told him I'm fine just carrying the money in my pocket. But no he won't stop arguingn his case. So the question for you myLoters is do I give in and use the bilfold and then when it wears out don't tell my dad it wore out. Or don't give in and don't use the bilfold.

Your Dad needs to do a better job at picking his battles. it just seems really silly to me. Do you have any ID cards maybe he is worried that you will lose them. I'd say Dad I will carry it if you put some money in it!

I agree with him actually - you need to use a billfold. Eventually you'll be carrying your driving lisence, a few credit cards, maybe a couple of debit cards, and a few visiting cards too. A billfold will help you organise your stuff and keep them from getting lost. By the time it wears out, you'll go and buy a new one yourself!
