ChaCha guide prankster worries

I'm a chacha guide too and 98% of them are pranksters. When they start pranking, I would ask what I can help them with today? If the 2nd time they prank, I reiterate and if they prank again, I just ignore them until they leave the session or when my time is up.

Several people have been kicked off Chacha because of these prankster, and several happend to be Master Guides with over 500 searches, and almost all of them happened without any warning. Pranksters can pretty much do whatever they want on Chacha, and if they happened to get reported all they have to do is write an e-mail and their IP is unblocked and they are able once again to prank all they want. The reason this happens is because the pranksters are the bread and butter of CHACHA. Without the pranksters, 90% of the searches will go away, and the searches is what keeps the company in business. Because of this, CHACHA treats their workers like lowly slaves (Come on, working for $2 an hour? The $5 an hour is only an estimate and even then that is below minimum wage) and will boot them at the drop of the hat because they know they can replace them easily, as there arent really any background checks and references or experience required to be a Chacha guide.

Yeah I know what you mean:( What I do is report it everytime it happens as abuse. I have had so many its not funny. If you are really concerned you can also send feedback and hopefully that will help :)
