Do people really think stealing someone Identity is a sure thing to get money?

Credit cards,bank cards,even personal items like Ipods, or cellphones. How long will this keep on going on? Why?

I was a victim of idenity theft It was hard to clear up my good name.For the banks I was able to get my money back after filling out an affidavit of fraud. I hate people who do this. I am strong believer of KARMA what comes around goes around.
