anger can destroy others life, property and relationships. when your succumb with anger we do things uncontrollable by anyone. Is there any little way to ease it out a little within or by ourselves, alone?

Well, for me, I cannot bottle it up. I must vent it out. I will just drive me crazy if I try to ease it within myself. I must admit though, alot of times I do get a little carried away, I mean the cops have to get called to calm me down. I am bipolar and I just have episodes where I freak out sometimes. I haven't in awhile though due to my medication. I do believe the best option would be to talk it out. It is always the best way. I go to therapy for that and it really helps.

when i am in the midst of anger, i sometimes let myself imagine and prepare things that might happen for the future if i think of this and that for me to resolve the unresolved problem or the main cause of the anger... and sometimes, i tend to go to malls, surf, and if try to resolve it through online chatting... it helped me a lot sometimes to those peoples interested... have a nice day ahead, r752seven!!... I good way to release anger is to just scream. After a good scream I always feel better.

You are very right anger does destroy a lot more than one can even imagine can get destroyed. When in a situation where you are very much angry then first thing you can do is stop talking & try to stay away from the person or situation & try to calm down yourself & let your Brain start thinking or else you can start counting numbers until you know you have cooled down, but all this is only temporary & helps sometimes. The long term solution is to start meditating & if possible attend some yoga classes because it helps you in keeping your mind & body in your control rather than let your mind wander freely.
