I know that there is a glut of housing in my area, but the prices are staying high, with buyers holding out and owners not budging, we are experiencing stagnation in that sector or of the market... Now as far is buying "ugly" houses as an investment, that's a very good move! :) Free Zillow for you! :) http://www.zillow.com

Thanks Peaceful, What city is it that u live in?? Yea here the buyers won't budge and sellers have no time. The foreclosure is on the extreme rise her in miami and its mostly loans/homes that were purchased within the last 2-3 years, There's not allot of homes left with allot of equity these day's. Thanks

As a homeowner for the past year in Miami Florida I can say that values are DROPPING. Now, personally I dont care at the moment, cause I purshased mine to make a home and not for the quick flip. I feel that the market returning to a baby boom slowly appreciating market. Presently, a depreciation period is happening cause the boom just ended. Taxes are raping all homeowners and causing this negative trend. I just hope it picks up soon before I have to pick up and leave Sunny Florida.
