Indian Cricket

Ya of course Indian cricket is falling day by day, the point is clear, the players are not concentrating on their work, In the practice session the top players are not practicing well, as the had shown in the news channels, the players should be dedicated for the game, and should concentrate on their real work that is cricket, they should work hard, more over some of the players should be changed by the ICCI. Youngsters should be given a chance, The players should improve their performance, which will come by hard work and by making good practice, and good concentration, over all hard working is a must for the indian team, and they have to come up to prove to themselves.

We should start with grass root level changes, as Essel group said of Indian Cricket League.We have to find a group good players having good body features(not like Romesh Powar) and aggressive playing tatics,Team india should represent all states, not from Karnataka/Maharashtra.You might have seen one man from Orissa was crying in the channels asking why not one man from his state.Give them good training at least two years then they can join in the regular team
