Hello there! I am Angel and I am from the Philippines. I love dipping my french fries on ice cream too. In fact, it's my favorite thing to order whenever I am in Jollibee or Mc Donald's. French Fries and Chocolate Sundae. But when I am home, any flavor of ice cream will do but I love it most with vanilla ice cream so as for the french fries to still maintain it's taste and not be washed out by the flavor of the ice cream.

Are you pregnant? Just kidding! ha ha ha, No I never thought of eating those two combinations, however, when I over indulge in sweets, I must eat something salty right afterwards to equal everything out, so to speak!

ofcourse ive tried it so many times and its delicious and i love it. i first tried it at a fastfood chain like mcdo and now i usually do that at home.

i never tried it... but i do love frenchfries and icecream... maybe someday i'll try it... you made me hungry... i think i'm going out for an icecream! :)

I have tried eating ice cream with fries a couple of time already and it's not a bad combo. The crispness of the fries complements the sweetness of the ice cream. I love it!

yes i have tried to taste french fries and ice cream as combination...actually when im still studying i always buy fries and sundae because i felt that im relaxed everytime i eat it especially when i'm doing my reviews during examination...i used to dip the fries on ice cream and its so yummy and you will taste the salty part and the sweets which combined them :)

I haven't tried eating that ice cream combined with french fries. I think i won't like it either. what i have tried is condensed milk and bread with sugar on top. Another one that i have tried and it was delicious was french fries dipped in chicken gravy. Lastly is soft serve ice cream and apple pie. it is really delicious. Goodluck!

Yes, I have tried the french fries and ice cream combination. My daughter love it too. And some of my friends have another way to eat ice cream. Especially when we go out and eat at a fast-food. They add ketchup to the ice cream and mix it well. And I must admit it's quite tasty ha. It gives the ice cream a not so sour, yet sweet taste. You must try some Zelmarq. ~~lol Delicious! i did, and its good, tastes so yummy. dip in the fries to ice cream with chocolate fudge. its one of my favorite combinations. try it and you might love it too. :)

I have not tried it but based on your responses it must be really good. Even though I would love to try it I can't, why? French fries has a lot of fats and I am avoiding fats on my diet so French fries is out. I also avoid ice cream because on my tonsil. It's so sensitive and is easily get infected. So I'll just let you enjoy your french fries and ice cream combination.

This is one of the things I love!! When we go to Wendys I always get a Frosty with fries and chicken nuggets. I use the Frosty more as a dip than a drink. I think it's the salty, sweet, greasy/fried thing that covers the bases and then I have no more cravings. Other things I've tried and liked fudge ripple ice cream with smartfood popcorn and McD's shakes and fries. The whole pickles and ice cream thing really isn't bad either. I use the whole pickles cut off one end hollow out the middle and put i.c. in and then put it back in the freezer for a while then when it's ready cut it into slices.

yes - ice cream and french fries are the only things that I will eat at Mcdonalds from now on - they are the only things there so far that have not given me food poisoning before. I like their soft served ice cream because it is much sweeter than icecream which you buy in the supermarket. The french fries are good because they are crunchy - dipping them in icecream is good because it is a combination of hot with cold - kind of like sauce. and it is also a combination of salty and sugary.

I have certainly tried and a lot more other combinations which is very common place here in the Philippines. We do eat french fries with catsup, chicken and spahetti and ice cream all in one meal. LOL.

Oh, my, what a memory! The Friendly's Ice Cream Shop was the hangout for our high school, and a long-standing tradtion had all the girl's sports teams celbrating victories there with french fries and a chocolate Fribble. Many, many times did my gal pals & I get asked to leave because of the mischief we wrought! Thanks for bringing up such great memories!

of course i have tried it.. i mean, that's what i love ordering in mc donalds! fries and sundae!hehehehe they taste good together. the blending of salty and sweet taste is just fantastic.. well i am not really that picky when it comes to food. i eat a lot and i eat anything as long as they taste good!:) i love eating quesadillas and nachos with coke float too! yummyum.. now thinking about those goodies make me wanna eat!:) i love zagu too.. and pancakes! i actually love anything edible! chocolates are those which i cannot resist too and pan cakes!:) i love fruits too..:) from mangoes, to bananas to sweet potatoes.. anything that tastes good!:)

No but my cousin has. I am not a fan of mixing my food for some reason. But my cousin loves it and eats it that way whenever he gets the chance.

I love love this combo. Never tried it with bread and ice cream alone.. sounds a bit weird. But, never know.. Oh you know I do like to dip my cheeseburger into the ice cream so i guess its the same the whole combo, greasy and pickles and ketchup it sounds nasty but oh my gosh its yummy. I did this the last time i got out of the hospital i went ot he er mcd and had it. it was delish!
