I'll be so sad and cry my heart out, lol. I'll dig restaurants and eat all day to forget.

Proposals aren't meant to fail. I see a failed proposal as a lack of sense of judgement by a person. If you make friends first with the one you love, and then let your relationship get deeper, you will realise what kind of a person they are looking for, and try to become that person (as long as it is making you a better person). Eventually you'll be completely in love, and thats the perfect time to propose
If a proposal still fails, I'd just move on, and find someone else better! Hehehe

I would ask her why she didnt want to accept my proposal and then go back to the drawing board to see where i made a mistake or where i wrongly presumed.
I would not quit if its something i feel strongly attached too and i would try again and again till she yeilds only by doing this would i be able to know why she feels i might not be good enough for her.

I believe a person should learn from the lesson failed. Why would I failed, is it the problem that lies with me? Or is it due the the other party?
Yes agreed that every failure is sad but we should move on also. Learn and learn is what we should do. :)
