What do yu think about your childhood icon after you grew up?

Most of us might have some childhood icon or faves...but what do you think again when you seeor meet that icon today, far after when you grew up already?
such as what do you think about icon like TMNT?

I've actually seen the movie and it looks like I think it was rather well done. The 1st TMNT movie since the Turtles 3 movie which was ranked the lowest of the 3.
I think it being animated was pretty good and I think it reminded me of why I watched the Ninja Turtles years back. I think it was a good movie and I'd recommend it to people.
