I have just woke up and I'm going to start my day by watching Manchester Untied play and hopefully beat Everton in the english premiership. I will end my day later tonight by maybe watching a movie then going to bed with the cat at the bottom of the bed.

end by sleep.
hehe , only a joke,but I really drink a glass of water to start my day .
and I think it is good for my whole day .
and I will end up my day by some lose weight sports .

As it's Saturday my day started with a much earned lay in this morning, I got up and the first thing I did was make myself a cup of coffee then sit down and have my breakfast checking my emails.
Tonight I will be watching a film on Sky before going to bed I have checked out the tv guide and there is good horror film Children of The Corn III to watch!
