Suggestions to remove depression

'Depression' is simply pyscological creation made by human itself.It has no existence until n unless u don't give importance to this feeling.
Some suggestions to remove DEPRESSION:
1.when u get depressed just brush up ur happy memories n moments u spend with ur loved ones.
2.see urself in front of mirror n laugh as much as u can.
3.talk n share ur feeling with ur parents or best frnds(who must b good listener)or either shout on them on the condition tht they listens u,understand u n won't shout on u.
4.for a while sit in some lonely place n share ur feelings with the God whom u worship.
just try them out and live happy life:)

Think what you make depress,be bold and take frim decision to come over this.I know one lady who is suffering from cancer, but tide over by firm decision.
