E-gold payout / myLot

I may be being a little stupid, or even naive, but how do we get our money out from e-gold. I've gone through all of their website today and can't find the answer to this. Can we make a withdrawal like we do with PayPal or do we have to do it through and exchange agent in which case it costs a lot of money. Hope someone can shed some light on this for me.

i dont think we cant withdraw it. as i learned we have to use other channel to sell our gold then make it a money to be transfered in our account.
