.. This is a debatable topic wher the sexes mite draw swords. but heyy.. no offences here , we're all same and equal jus wanted to know ur opinion bout who is a better manager.. i do support the woman in this regard ... so what do u guys have to say about it ???

Same and equal with some differences... Men are better at somethings, women at others... if we were 100% equal, man could have kids! lol :D In response at your question... i think that women are better managers than men...

Actually these words are proved in the corporate people's sense. Further the success percentage also made by the women folk is comparatively higher than under the man. The success comes very easily to the women.
