Whats the best midi program?

what is the best midi program around? Currently i am using tabit but is there anything better?

Depends what you mean by MIDI program, if you're looking for something to edit and compose music on then Cubase is a brillaint and fairly cheap program to use. I currently use Sibelius 3 to compose music as I prefer to work with notation, its quite an expensive program but really really useful!

How much would it be? Tabit cost 20 dollars. Is it dearer or less
