Spell begging: The joys of annoying the hell out of others pracitioners.

I was very guilty of it, at first anyways. Then I found out that there is always a book or a website which you can actually find that information with a few movements of your hands. And that was when it started to annoy me. Newbies will come running to me for spells of every kind, from attracting love to hexing their teachers. It was kind of cool at the beginning, it really feeds your ego that you know something they don't. But it got really annoying when they started to blame me when 1) It didn't work 2) It worked TOO well 3) BACKFIRE! And then it was when I understood that it wasn't a spell they were after, it was the chance to escape from the responsibilities of the spell. When things go wrong, they start pointing fingers and hoping that bad things will go away. Wake up and smell the burning cauldron kiddos, the universe is alive and watching, and it never seems to miss. So nowadays I just tell them to google it, and if they keep whining, I will always have somewhere else I need to be.

Hmm. I never begged spells from anyone. It was too risky for me to do so. I do all my own research. If anyone were to "beg" a spell from me, I'm afraid I wouldn't be inclined to just give it to them. Love spells are just wrong! Hex spells are even more wrong! I'm afraid that I'd be reduced to giving them my patented best answer: "An Harme None!" Gosh, if you must use a love spell, there's something truly desperate about you that you have to work on, and if you intend harm to another by using a hex, you're still having a problem with facing your fellow man. In both cases I would prefer to offer constructive advice on- for instance: "How to ask a woman out". "Hello, you're the prettiest person I've ever seen, would you like to go out for some coffee? My name is...." I learned a long time ago not to encourage dabblers who cannot take the time or spend the energy to work their own spells. They do not have their best interests or the interests of others on their minds or hearts. You're doing the right thing, Scammerwear, and a little advice would probably go a long way to helping kids learn about life. :)

Well I tried to advice them once, somehow they only heard what they wanted to hear. They would take my advice, twist it and use it in hopes of "getting away with it". In some cases, they simply seek out others who were eager to 'help' (and were trying to forward their own agendas with the fools). This and many more reasons made me decided to quietly slip out of the local pagan 'community'. It's way more peaceful this way :)
