Exposing Underground

No country is safe? Is that right? In any parts of a community of any country, we are beset with crimes, with social problems. The rates are growing beyond the proportion of their solutions. It seems that answers are too far reached by us and we become disappointed from those who sit in power and can't address the situations. If any of my friends around here, would agree that in order for us to solve crime is to expose how they are committed by the underground. Doing so, leaving them vulnerable to sights of many, thus exposing their deeds. So, friends, what do you know?

i agree that no country is safe. but i dot think we can expose the underground because it is underground. crimes are first committed due to their taking of things and committed in many ways. thats the reason the police study the modus operandi of the crime so that they can compare with other crimes and trace criminals ! it is difficult for a common man to expose such things because his thinking does not match that of Police or the investigating authority.

tks...friend my only concern is, there are some of us, who happened by chance to have seen, witnessed or by opportunity learned how these elements able to commit their deeds, so without naming names, simply reveal or expose their activities it's up to the police or the investigators to determine the validity of the exposition rgds to you friend :)
