Don't worry Smellsyummy maybe your earnings will be credited the following day. And as some of the responder said, try to respond to quality discussions, avoid the one liner discussions. And you can also try to contact mylot for clarification. Hope everything will be okay for you soon! (^^,)

Thank you Aphroditei, I think I will contact mylot b/c yesterday's was okay, and then I got nothing again this morning. I'm just a bit confused on what they pay us for and what they don't...know what I mean?

When I first started on mylot someone told me that they don't always give you credit for each discussion the next day. Some times it takes a day or two for you to get credit for your posts. Also if a discussion you have started is deleted for any reson you lose earnings as well. You can also lose earnings if a discussion you responded to was deleted.

Thank you:) I didn't realize they could take away your earnings if the discussion you respond to is deleted. I can see if it was your own that you started, but not one that you responded to. This is very helpful info. Looks like I will be staying away from the "debate" types of discussions then!LOL!

Wow what a drop. I dont understand it either and thats really messed up. They keep us in the dark about it. We really dont know exactly what we are getting. We can only guess. And we put up with too.LOL I dont know what to tell you maybe you can ask mylot email them. But no its not right.

That is not right. Contact myLot and ask they what is the matter. Altho the day 50 points dropped from my posting I emailed the 4 times and never got a reply.

My earnings dropped yesterday too but I do think that I was less active and I started more discussions. In my experience I earn more when I answer discussions that when I start them. It seems that all the discussions that are not long are not paid well or not at all. I might be wrong of course. That's only what I think.
One time I made it a point to answer discussions with long answers when the discussion can be answered with a long response of course. Well I earned almost one dollar that day. That was the highest ever I got from mylot.
These are just things that we guess because no one knows how mylot earning system works.

Smellsyummy please don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that you don't answer with long discussions. I don't know what happened yesterday. You said that you earn an average 40 cents a day. That's very good. Your answers must be good to be paid 40 cents. Here is what I think:
Maybe you stayed late last night and you answered discussions after midnight? Maybe some answers will be taken into account for the next day earnings?
There is nothing we can do about it heh? So we just keep posting when we have time. There will be days up and days down. Happy earnings for the next days smellsyummy and take care.
