What is your favorite way to Exercise?

I enjoy swimming, walking and doing my glider. I always enjoy chasing my 4 year old daughter. LOL

Well I just recently got back into fitness HEAVILY. I guess its the warmer weather and the fear of having to be in a bathing suit everytime my kids want to go to the pool. I have started using the stationary bike. I try to go for an hour but I take my 2 year old with me and sometimes she gets bored. I also have every Windsor pilates DVD. I LOVE pilates. Its not super hard but you can definately feel it working and I have seen results. I also try to stay active with the kids. If its just walking to the mail box or walking around Walmart seems like 100 times. I stay active. I thikn anything you enjoy doing the better then it doesn't seem like work!

I usually walk about 3 1/2 miles every week day. I walk quickly. I love it in the outdoors in the spring, summer and fall, but in the winter I walk at an indoor walking track over an indoor skating rink.
I also have an exercise ball at home. Trying to balance on that thing strengthens the core muscles. And bouncing up and down stimulates the lymph nodes.

Playing ball with my kids is my favorite exercise, though I like dancin' too.

Playing soccer is also exercising. So, I think practicing sports, specially soccer, is a good way. My favorite is playing soccer.
But I also like to run. I don't like walking, it seems so boring... I prefer running!
