who can refer some website for earn extra money?

My internet is not work well, it is so slow and not steady . So it is hard to do click and surf . I register some website like donkey mail,no-minmum,but it is hard to click due to my internet . who can refer some website request low internet speed ? So I can earn some extra money . thank you very much .
