I was curious if anyone else has seen this movie? I happen to really like it. For those of you who might not have it's a musical that has Lee Marvin and Clint Eastwood in it. Yes, Clint Eastwood did sing at one time. I thought he did a really good job in the movie. It was a great comedy as well. If you have seen it do you have a favorite scene or song? My favorite songs are "They call the wind Maria" and also "Wand'rin' Star". I think my favorite scene though is when Elizabeth, Partner and Ben are convincing each other that she can have two husbands. For more information on the movie you can check it out here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064782/

I love so many of the old time movies. I don't think I've seen this one. I'm not a huge cowboy movie fan but I have to admit I've rarely seen anything I didn't like from Eastwood. I'll have to check it out! Thanks for the tip!

Well it's not your typical cowboy film. It's more of miners. They are gold miners who set up a town called No Name City and things go a bit silly from there. It's got some funny scenes in it that are great and it's a musical. The songs are really well done.

I love this movie though it has been some time since I've seen it. There are several scenes that I found very funny. The first is after Elizabeth, Partner and Ben have been living to gether as husbands and wife the new settlers come in and Elizabeth decides it time to have only one husband, the bull that get out and into the tunnel and starts tareing it down with his bumpling horns. The whole city come tumbling down.

Hehe I decided to pop it in. I have it in VHS but I would love to have it on DVD. We're just getting to the part where they figure out about all the gold under the buildings. I love when the bull comes as well. That's classic :) Lot of good stars in this movie.

I've seen it once. My dad is such a huge Clint Eastwood fan that it was inevitable for me to see it at least once. LOL He gets a kick out of it on the rare occasion it is on TV. Yeah, you wouldn't think of Clint Eastwood in a musical, but he pulls a lot of different things off. : )

I ended up watching it the other day and it was great. I love his voice in that. He has a very good one. Not as good as Harvey Presnell but still it was enjoyable and I like the songs he sings, the wordage I mean.

I've liked most of his movies. This one is really good and the songs he does are well done. He's not one you picture as a singer but he's got a great voice.
