What will you do if you feel terribly bad?

If i have bad feeling,i will go shopping and buy a lot of food to eat.
It costs money and energy,but it really works!^^

If i have bad feeling,I often go shopping to buy a lot of things,clothes,food,accesories and so on.As you say,it really works,but i really regret when the mood gets down,because the things i bought is not essential and useful.but they cost my money already!
