look i feel you should not feel guilty in any way as the boy kissed you. So he is the one who should feel that way if at all he does.
If he likes you , then he should clearly tell your friend about it now. Otherwise things will worsen.
But if it was friendly kiss, he should tell her right away that there was no wrong intention in mind while kissing.
Even you should make up your mind- either you love him or you don't.
