suggestion: adding images

When adding an image to a discussion, is there a way to specify a URL for the image instead of having to pick one that I saved to my computer?
This would save a step; as it is I would first have to download the image to my computer and then upload it.

I think you had better don't avoid this step .
if you want to add an image, I think you think it is good and you want to share it with others.
so why you don't want to save it in your computer ?
or if you start some new discussion and then you forget you already add one image in the past ,so you add it again .
it is bad for your grade, I think.
