Going to School to doing a better job

I has doing a choice in my life, the choice to going school. I'm 23 yeard old and i want to going to university in medecine. During a few years, i has working in a shop and i have has some trouble with the law and cost me a lot of money. Now i'm broken and working in shops to doing some boring job and doing just a little money doesn't interested me. That why i want to go to school. But now, i a bread on the plank, because i have to begin to secondary school and i come from Quebec Canada. The school system here is not the same than other part of the country and usa there are secondary, cegep, and after the university. Now i'm to the secondary and this year i will go to the cegep in the same time going to secondary to finishing some discipline. I'm pretty exciting to doing something different in my life and i hope than this will going good for me because it's something than cost expensive to go to school but i like it, it's a challenge for me.
