How long have been you using your keyboard? Are you able to type without looking at it? How good is your speed? Do you tend to type out lot of errors? Do you use the backspace button to correct it or the mouse?
Did you use some typing tutor software to learn typing or did it just develop from practice?

Im a good typer. I type around 80 words per minute, or even more depending on the paragraph and what keys i have to use (Im slow when i have to type with numbers or quotations) I can type without having to look at my keys. My teachers in school used to always make us use the typing programs for 10 minutes a day everyday, so thats where I got good.

I am not good at typing! I learned this because off computer and internet facilities! But it was a need so I learned it by doing!
I have no good speed in typing! But I can do it with my speed and complete the work! One thing i like is this: Learn by doing and do by your own pace!

i used to be a very good and very fast typist. i ranked number 1 among more than 150 students then. now, the story is very much different. age has caught up with me already. it is good that with computers around, it is relatively easy to correct typographical errors.

Hello, ajaleelp.I a mnot good at typing,I think i can type 40 wors in a minute and I have to look at the screen ands the keyboard or i will have a lot of mistakes. I always need to use the backspace button to correct my errors. I do not use any kinds of software to learn or improve. My typing speed has already improved after i joined mylot.

I am excellent at typing!! I type about 100 words a minute, and I don't need to look at the keyboard, I always look at a screen, yet if I have a problem remembering how to spell a word, I visualize the keyboard, and remember where my fingers went, the last time I needed to use that word. LOL That works every time!

I'm pretty good at typing, I can type without looking at the keyboard, and rarely use the backspace button, unless I forget a letter or spell something wrong. It just developed over time of constantly using the computer and writing papers for college.

Hey man this seems to be a good question. I am pretty quick in typing and i think its a remarkable achievement for someone like me who has been using the keyboard for just about an year.
I usually type looking at the keyboard but i can do it without looking at it also but with the sacrifice of some speed. I was
fascinated to see my cousin brother type fast when i was real young and this lured me into spending time on working with the keyboard.
I used the typing tutor called Stamina. I like it because its very compact and has a very good help option. I would definitely recommend it for beginners.
My best typing speed till now as per stamina is 43 words per minute and on an average i can type at 37 words per minute. The main problem i face is the amount of errors that i make, if i can reduce the percentage error that i make then i feel i can improve a lot on my typing speed.
So if you believe you have to improve on your typing skills then go and find some good typing tutor and start working on it right now!
