Do you avoid sun like me?

I live in an Island where sun shines almost all year. Tourists likes it very much and most of them go sunbathing on the beach and always seeking for the sun. I avoid this sun. Everytime I go out I always wearing full protection for my skin:, socks, gloves, hat and long sleeves. The sun is hurting and will made my skin darker and dull. What about you?

Yes, I do like to avoid the uv rays. I am not going as far as to wear gloves and long sleeve shirts all the time, but I do have an spf foundation for my face, and I avoid tanning. It is harmful to your body.

i have been using umbrellas and sunglasses aside from sunblocks whenever i go out. i don't wear gloves and long sleeves, too, but i am convinced that it will be good to wear them if you have them.

i stay away from the sun for as long as i can, too. nowadays when the heat already bites, i can never understand why people will still go sunbathing. in our country, it is only sunny days and rainy days that we know of as the weather conditions. about 14 years ago, i found it bearable to be under the sun's heat all hours of the day. now it is impossible to be to be doing this. as early as 8:30 in the morning, the sun is already coming with its biting heat. quite a rage we are getting from the environment for having been so abused.

yes, i hate sun shines..specially, that is already summer here in the Philippines, i never go out without umbrella with me..yes, i agree that sun could make your skin darker and could harm your skin..i never go on sun bathing in the beach because i'm afraid of sunburns..and also, it can give you illness when full expose to the sun..need to have protection when going outside..
